Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Cost

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 working day. Delivery then takes approximately 5-12 working days. Every order is tracked, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally customs checks or courier delays add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 5-12 working days, email jairajaiservices@gmail.com and we will chase it for you or send a replacement.

Where your order ships from

Purl products are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Some items ship from outside the UK. All duties and import charges, where they apply, are already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never receive a separate customs bill from us.

Tracking

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. Tracking can take 48 hours to start updating after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and any safe place first, then email us. If it has not appeared within 24 hours we will replace it or refund you, your choice.

Wrong or damaged item? Send a photo to jairajaiservices@gmail.com and we will put it right without asking you to post anything back.
