Who we are
This website is operated by Jayraj Rathod, trading as Purl, of 25A Chichester Way, Feltham, London TW14 0DF, United Kingdom. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Purl.
Agreement
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, we will contact you and refund you in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities, including where we reasonably suspect fraud.
Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order. Prices can change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
Where a promotional price is shown alongside a higher price, the higher price is a price the product has been, or will be, genuinely offered at.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Purl is a shower filter and shower head. It reduces common impurities in the water you shower in. It is not a drinking water purifier and it is not a medical device. We make no health or medical claims for it.
Fitting information given on this site (for example, that Purl fits standard UK shower hoses) is general guidance. If you are unsure whether it will fit your shower, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly.
Your account and conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections in the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
